This Code prescribes the ethical standards and rules of conduct for administrative officials. The purpose of this Code is to encourage proper behavior and conduct of administrative officials and to strengthen citizens’ trust in the work of public sector institutions.
Administrative officials shall apply the ethical standards and rules of conduct in their relations with colleagues, superiors, and clients, at their workplace, but also in their private life and in public.
